  Great service when you buy the car but wait until you deal with service department. Another disappointment today when I went for an oil change today, I was told that the free oil change I got when I signed the contract is no longer honored.
  I will definitely not set foot there anymore.

  I purchased a Toyota Rav 4 from this dealership. My experience was fantastic and the staff was very accommodating. It was one of the best deals of my life. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who seeks a great car along with great service.

  Just picked up my new 2018 Toyota Highlander today.
  The shopping experience was positive, from sales rep, to the sales manager, negotiations were not as easy or as advertised on their website, but it's part of the business, so it's not a real downside.
  Accounting rep was perfect, communication was open and efficient, settled all required documents before the car pickup by email.
  The day to pick the car also went smooth, no issues whatsoever.
  Overall I love my purchase and the experience making it was great.

  I had a good experience there the guys are really nice (salesmen) front desk ... it’s like they don’t want you to call them .. I always feel like she’s rushing me , doesn’t really take the time to explain but that was just my experience .. overall good people & good cars

  The only good thing about them is their shuttle service. Jacques is cool - he is the only star there! The rest... I came there for a recall and a minor break adjustment. In fact, I wouldn't go there for the breaks, but I was lured in by the recall letter I received. Bottom line: for the recall they said they "ordered parts" (I haven't heard from them in months), a minor break adjustment costed around $300. While the car was on the lift with its wheels off (for the break job) they had the audacity to charge me $40 for a tire leak that they tried to repair. Unsuccessfully. The tire kept leaking a week later.
